What to include
For a correction, include the page URL, your game region or version, the statement that needs changing, and supporting evidence. For a website problem, describe the page, device, and steps that caused it.
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment details, or private game account information. This site cannot access your NC, Steam, PURPLE, or Twitch account.
Game account support
Use the official AION 2 website for account, payment, ban, and server support. We cannot redeem codes, restore items, or resolve official account restrictions.
Response expectations
Messages are reviewed when possible. We do not promise a response time or that every submitted change will be accepted.
